  34.     Just called the 800 number this morning and was told by tech
  35. support that the upgrade for the 
  36.  V.EVERYTHING was $24.95 and the modem must be sent back for rework.
  37. Was passed on to order
  38.  processing where they said the process was not setup yet and to call
  39. next week for the details.
  40.  Sounds like more than just a flash update is required.
